Myofunctional removable appliance, increased overjet

11 years old girl with an increased overjet and protruded anterior teeth. In this case it was indicated to perform 2 upper premolars but before we wanted to try a myofunctional appliance (twin block)  used both to move the teeth  and to modify the growth of the jaws. We had an amazing result thanks to her compliance in wearing the removable appliance almost full day time and during night because she had only this option or she had to extract  two upper premolars.
