Traditional fixed appliance. Severe crowded teeth, deep bite

This adult patient was always afraid of wearing braces, but finally decided to have her braces fitted and going for straight teeth. She wasn’t even able to close her lips because of her protruding canines. We had to extract an upper right premolar, on the left side she already had a missing upper first molar so we used these spaces for the alignment of the frontal teeth
